Ritual is looking for an individual with a business and sales acumen that can also execute hands-on field work. This is a unique role at Ritual – you will serve as the front line of growth at one of the fastest growing startups in North America. As a City Manager, you will work closely with Ritual sales reps to launch and expand our retail partner network and ensure that customer experience remains a top priority.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Train & Launch Retail Partners – you will train new retail partners and ensure that frontline staff deliver excellent experiences for our customers. You will need to prepare each partner for operational success through in-field problem solving and coaching.
– Account & Relationship Management – you will be the face of Ritual and, as such, will need to build strong relationships with both staff and executives across our retail network, which includes partners that range from multinational chains to local boutiques.
– Marketing Program Execution – you will leverage existing relationships to sell and implement Ritual’s digital marketing, loyalty and promotional programs throughout the city.
– Optimization & Metrics – you will be responsible for monitoring daily customer experience and operational metrics, as well as maintaining top-line revenue growth.
– User Growth & Engagement – you will ideate and execute innovative partnership and marketing strategies that help generate demand and keep users engaged.
– Product Innovation – you will be interacting with Ritual’s platform on a daily basis. As such, you will help drive product improvements as you feel are needed to support retail growth.
REQUIREMENTS
– 3+ years account management, business development, consulting, operations or sales experience. Startup or marketplace experience a plus.
– Self-starter comfortable working in a lean startup team. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and execute flawlessly.
– Teacher and influencer – you are able to train people and convince them to adopt new ways of doing things regardless of their abilities.
– You possess great real-life technical problem solving chops.
